Cancellation
Policy
All
reservations are secured by credit card or gift certificate. A
24 hour cancellation/change notice is required for services and
72 hours notice for spa packages or groups. Cancellation/changes
after the required time are subject to a $25 late
cancellation/change fee. No shows will be charged $25.
Groups and packages are charged $25 per service booked.
Note: Scheduling an
appointment at Aquablue Day Spa is an acknowledgement of these
terms.
Scheduling
Our Customer Service staff will help you make the most of your
visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience
for you. For optimum availability, we suggest that you schedule
your next service prior to leaving Aquablue.
Home Care
Products
At Aquablue Skin & Body Spa, you can extend the benefits of your
spa experience by using our extensive line of home care
products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate
products for your skin type and condition to help you continue
to look and feel your best. Merchandise may be returned within
seven days of purchase, for a full refund, or after
seven days for spa credit only. No returns after 30 days.
Gratuities
The decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the
client experience, and left to the discretion of the client.
Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.
Punctuality
To insure
enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at
Aquablue at least 15 minutes before your first service is
scheduled. This will allow time to update your Client Profile,
change into an Aquablue plush robe and relax before your
treatments begin. You may also wish to use our steam shower or
dry sauna to enhance the effectiveness of your treatments.
Packages
Aquablue
focuses on providing complete body and skin therapies. We have
designed our menu so that treatments can be purchased a la
carte to create the day of inner and outer wellness that is
perfect for you.
Spa
Amenities
Aquablue
provides a changing room, steam shower and dry sauna, lockers,
spa robes and sandals, towels and grooming essentials, as well
as a comfortable relaxation room to relax in before and after
your services. We ask that you kindly leave any cellular phones,
beepers and pagers at home, so that both you and our other
clients can fully relax and enjoy their time at the spa.
Staff
selection/changes
If you
feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another
staff member or if youd just like to get a fresh point of
view please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and
will be happy to accommodate you.
Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept
Mastercard, Visa and American Express for payment and
reservations.
For your
protection
We cannot
be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including
clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you
during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry
at home.
Gift
Certificates
Beautifully wrapped Aquablue Gift Cards in any denomination are
available at our reception desk. Ask about our many programs and
treatments which may be ideal for a loved one, valued client or
friend.
Parking
There is
one-hour free parking in front of the spa on Main Street,
two-hour free parking behind the spa which is accessed from
northbound Monterey Street, and two-hour free parking in the lot
on Salinas Street between Gabilan and West Alisal (behind
Hullabaloo). Parking is also available in the parking garage
next to the Steinbeck Center.
Children
Anyone under
the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Aquablue is
a non-smoking facility.
